It is key to have a good balance of calories eaten for your calories burned. Too much to either direction can turn into a bad thing. It can be a daunting task to figure out precise answers to this equation.


You should have a good balance of proper nutrients in your diet as well. Too little or too much of each individual Micronutrient, Macronutrient, Minerals, Vitamins could have bad effects on your body as well.


A good balance of your workout is also vital. If you are pushing too hard and or too much You risk overtraining and doing damage to your body. You risk damage to your joints and bones, you could tear your muscles too much where your downtime of healing could take so long that you won't be able to continue your journey for a long time. You could be putting too much strain on your heart. Do what you got to do but be careful and mindful while you're doing it.


You should have a good mental balance as well. Too much stress can also do damage to your mental state of being, It could also do damage to your organs. If you are faced constantly with stressful situations that are unavoidable. Try to include something that you very much enjoy to try to give yourself a good balance.


Too much of all of the above could potentially be catastrophic with irreversible side effects. It is always a good and safe idea to consult with the professionals with each of these fields for proper guidance.
