If you are new to working out or are hitting a plateau I may have a little bit of help. Are you doing chest workouts and find that you can't break your plateau? Remember that your shoulder (Deltoids) acts as a stabilizer, and your Triceps act as an assistant for your chest. Try working your Deltoids and Triceps more and get with a fitness professional for assistance. You can find a good professional online as well, there are quite a few that give good descriptive explanations as to what the moves are how they work. You can really only lift with your chest (Pectorals) "properly" what your shoulder (Deltoids) will allow you to hold up, and what your Triceps can handle assisting with. There are three heads to your deltoid, Lateral, Posterior, Anterior, make sure you are working all three and not just focusing on the front Deltoid muscle. The same goes for every muscle in your body. There is always a sequence of different muscles involved. I'll blog more about those connections and how to make the assistant and stabilizing muscles corrections.
